Policies
Each granite knob is a product of nature. Therefore, the color or shading can vary slightly from your stone countertop. Some stones with natural veining or movement will vary in color from knob to knob. Granite has small inclusions and pits and is not a "perfect" surface which is the nature of the stone. If we have the knob in stock you can expect to receive them in one to two weeks. Special orders or out of stock items will take 2 to 4 weeks. Sample knobs can be ordered to verify color. Turned In Stone takes great care in the final selection of each knob shipped with an order and we will guarantee our products for one full year from date of purchase.
